I’m always looking for new ways and mediums to explore The Future of Work and Employee Experience. Originally I would just write articles and tweet things online, then I started doing a podcast where I interview senior executives each week, shortly after I did images with quotes, and then not too long ago I launched a video series called The Future in 5. Originally, this started out as a casual Q&A type of discussion where I would ask and answer a question around the future of work. These videos were usually 3-5 mins in length and explored everything from open offices to technology. I did this format for a while but then I got inspired by channels like Shots of Awe and Prince EA which feature beautifully edited videos with great background music, something which I now use in all my videos.[…]
