I have recently had some people ask me if the hustle culture and mentality gotten out of control, if it should be toned down, or if is it a good thing. Putting it into context, is it a hustle that comes with being an entrepreneur and meeting the goals set for yourself, or is the kind of hustle that comes from working a full time job, working 80 hours a week and causing a burn out? Taking the first example, I can apply it to myself. While I may not work 18 hours a day, there are goals I have set for my business and personal life. Part of that is prioritizing time, so that work life integration allows time for work, and spending time with family. Part of the hustle culture is inspiring people to want to achieve their goals and dreams.
