I play this little game with myself sometimes. I think about the one place I would go visit if I could just take off tomorrow. It’s actually a very hard choice because I don’t really know what’s out there. I’m sure there is some exotic island in the middle of nowhere that I would love to visit but I don’t know where that island is or what it’s called, so it’s hard for me to say.
Having said that, I really want to visit South America, I know that’s a pretty vague destination right? I mean South America is pretty darn big place. So let’s start with Buenos Aires. If I could take off right now and go to one place in the world that’s where it would be. Of course, that might change if you ask me tomorrow or the day after 🙂
Why Buenos Aires?
I’ve always heard Buenos Aires is the Paris of South America (and no I haven’t been to Paris yet either) and everyone I know has always come back from Buenos Aires raving about the amazing time they had. I think it would be great to learn the Tango from someone in Buenos Aires and experiencing the culture there should also be quite unique. I hear they also have the world’s first religious theme park there where apparently Jesus rises from the ground every 30 minutes! There are old parts of town where you can just relax at cafes and just watch the world go by. I experienced something similar when I was in Italy and it’s a great feeling.
Honestly, I’m not 100% sure why I really want to visit Buenos Aires as I don’t know THAT much about the city, but something is pulling me over there so I want to check it out. Here are a few pictures I found online of Buenos Aires; looks magnificent, doesn’t it?

And have been lucky enough to work with my Argentine partner in giving private tours and tango lessons. Not to mention being a finalist in the Tango Championships in 2006!
Living here has its challenges, but its rewards as well.
And there's no doubt that it's a perfect vacation destination!

I want to go to America. Fed up of reading about it and watching programs. I just want to do it however not enough money for now. Will happen one day, I hope.

I would definitely go to Clearwater Beach in Florida. That white powdery sand is calling my name. I really love just hanging out on the pier, buying little things and being entertained.

Florida sounds amazing after the way you describe it, still have never been!
Barcelona, Spain, because it has the best of both a beautiful, fast paced European city with its street cafes for a little relaxation, and the gorgeous Mediterranean beaches for even more relaxation… Ahhhh…
