What are the core values of your organization? Most likely they include things like trust, fun, collaboration, innovation, integrity, doing the right thing, etc…Those values all sound great, but if they are just words on your website or in the pages of your handbook they are meaningless.

Every company has similar core values, so what sets your company apart from the rest? What matters is that your core values come to life inside of your organization on a daily basis. Your employees should be able to look around and see integrity. They should see innovation. They should see trust. If not, then what is the point of having those core values?
