While visiting the famous Louvre Museum in Paris recently, it struck me that we spend a lot of time, money, resources, and attention on creating personal experiences. These experiences give us memories and make us feel good. So why don’t we do the same for work? We should care about work experiences just as much as personal experiences yet that is sorely lacking today. If we want to attract and retain top talent in our organizations, we must create an experience that makes employees WANT to show up to work. Why do you think experience is absent at work?
