I wanted to do something fun in preparation for the release of my new book, The Employee Experience Advantage, on March 27th. So what better way to do that than with a cheezy social media contest! The goal is to share outdated things inside of your organization. The more outdated and the funnier they are the better! Maybe it’s a barely used fax machine, rows and rows of cubicles, or perhaps that dusty plastic plant sitting in the corner. Whatever it is, snap a photo of the outdated work practice and share it on Facebook, Twitter, or Instagram using the hashtag #makeworkcool. My team and I will then reach out to you to get you a copy of The Employee Experience Advantage. This will be ongoing for the next few weeks while supplies last! You must be in the U.S. to qualify though (sorry my international friends!)
