The Highest Rated CEOs In 2015

I’m a big fan of Glassdoor, the company that provides an amazing level of transparency into what it’s like to work at various organizations. In the report, Johnson Controls clearly state that they are basing their predictions on a few assumptions. While the report is quite expansive, I wanted to highlight what they have identified as a series of complex model locations for where work will get done. […]

Why Embracing Vulnerability is Crucial to Success

In this episode of The Future in 5 I talk about embracing vulnerability in the workplace. When we think of vulnerability, we think of problems. In software we think of a mistake ─ a way for people to hack in. When we think of vulnerability in people, we think of weaknesses. But the reality is that in the workplace vulnerability is quite a big strength. Tune in to hear more, and as always, take a moment to let me know if you are able to be vulnerable in your organization or share a story!
