In just a few weeks I will be traveling to speak at the re:think conference in Norway on Social CRM.  The conference will be taking place in Oslo and is a one day event for a limited 500 person audience.  Social CRM is a topic that is still unclear for many.  In fact, even people in the space can’t seem to agree with each other.  Nevertheless, I’m hoping to be able to bring some clarity and strategic thinking behind Social CRM so that attendees can walk away with knowledge that is practical and actionable.  I’m particularly exited to be a part of the re:think conference because the entire theme and vibe of the event is around challenging people and getting them to think differently about the world of “social.”

This is my first trip to Norway, where I will be joining the likes of Tara Hunt who will be speaking about the value of building networks, Rohit Bhargava who will be talking about how to avoid three common mistakes in social media, and Arnt Eriksen who will be discussing the development of long-term relationships with specific target groups.

The event is going to be taking place on October 11th, so if you are interested in either attending or sponsoring, make sure to visit the conference website.

Hope to see you there!
