I love listening to music while I’m working and in addition to Pandora I frequently use Groove Shark, which let’s you select specific songs you want to listen to. You then have the option of creating playlists, sharing songs, etc. You can even use a feature called “autoplay” which will randomly play songs that sound like the one you picked. This evening I was trying to access their site and was greeted by this lovely message.
I love that Groove Shark didn’t put up the same message that everyone does, you know the “sorry our site is down, we’re fixing the problem asap,” B.S. message. There’s nothing wrong with adding a bit of humor and personality to your site as Groove Shark did in this case.
