The Future of Work was released in September of 2014; and the whole point of the book is to explore how employees of the future will work, how managers of the future will lead, and how organizations of the future will be structured. I’m a big fan of challenging convention, and that is one the driving statements that I believe we all need to embrace. The world of work is changing right before our eyes and pace of change is only increasing. Everyone is being impacted regardless or role, title, seniority level, location, or industry.

To help get these concepts across I worked with a team of designers to create several unique visuals, which are all in the book. I wanted to share those visuals with you along with some narrative in this slideshare (that can also be a pdf if you want it, just email me), which is a great guide and summary to The Future of Work (the book and the concept itself).

For some reason when the ppt was uploaded to Slideshare the formatting got slightly wonky so my apologies in advance. Enjoy and please share it around!
