Why I’m Passionate About the Future of Work!

I’m constantly asked why I am so passionate about the future of work. In this video I share a few personal work stories, which I have to say were not always very good. I realized that many people struggled with similar negative experiences. So, I began to explore why these experiences were happening and what could be done to prevent them. This steered my career towards sharing what I’ve discovered with companies and business professionals. I also discuss some of the changes I see happening in the workplace, and why I’m so excited by the future of work. Thanks to Lindsey Nelson and Jeff Ralyea from SAP for getting me to share this.
