How Do You Keep Your Conversations from Turning Into Broadcasts?

I wrote a guest post for Chris Brogan which talks about the importance of keep your conversations from turning into broadcasts.  In the post I also discuss strategies you can use to make sure that the conversation keeps flowing.  Here is a snippet of the post:

“A conversation is a dialogue that occurs between two or more people, it involves the continuous flow of information from party A to party B and vice versa.  As a company executive, leader, blogger, etc. it is part of your responsibility to make sure that these conversations don’t turn into broadcasts.  What do I mean by broadcasts?”

If you want to read the rest of it, please check it out on Chris Brogan’s site.

Thanks for reading
