I’m very excited to announce that the next Future of Work Forum will take place May 9-10 in Chicago and is being made possible by our title sponson Aon. Twice a year members of The Future of Work Community come together to explore how the workplace is changing and our two themes for the upcoming event are: Creating a Connected Company and Winning the War For Talent. The event includes thought provoking sessions, Q&A discussions, offsite tours, and a fun dinner. Our amazing speakers for the Chicago event are:

  • Diane Adams, Chief People Officer
  • Qlik Neeru Arora, SVP, CIO for Aon Shared Services and Chief Knowledge Officer, Aon Corporation
  • Hardik Bhatt, Chief Information Officer, State of Illinois
  • Lisa Carraway, Director, Internal Communications
  • Qlik Patty Crawford, SVP, Workplace Technology Solutions, Aon Corporation
  • Sandeep Dadlani, EVP & Global Head – Retail, CPG, Manufacturing & Logistics, Infosys
  • Keith Ferrazzi, CEO and Owner, Ferrazzi Greenlight and Best-Selling Author
  • Sydney Finkelstein, Professor at Dartmouth College and Best-Selling Author of Superbosses
  • Salim Ismail, Founding Executive Director at Singularity University and Best-Selling Author of Exponential Organizations
  • Jean Lee, Principal, People & Organization, Advisory, PriceWaterhouseCoopers LLC
  • Lyle Sandler, Head of Technology Design and Consumer Experience, Aon
  • William (Bill) Shea, Group Director at Fjord, Design and Innovation at Accenture Interactive
  • Ellyn Shook, Chief Leadership & Human Resources Officer, Accenture
  • John Sigmon, Chief Human Resources Officer, AARP
  • Wendy Smith, Head of Candidate & New Employee Experiences, NCR Corporation

The event is only open for members of The Future of Work Community so if you’re interested in attending then you can request an invite to join. We typically don’t allow consultants, most vendors, or people in sales or marketing related roles. Our members are senior leaders who are actually responsible for driving change and preparing for the future of work in their respective organizations so if that’s you we’d love to have to join! Members get access to the private online community that we created where discussions happen year round, invites to two conferences a year, and an opportunity to participate in our thought leadership programs such as our annual member ebook. We typically get around 50 attendees so it’s a very intimate group of global business leaders that you won’t find anywhere else. If you’re interested in exploring how the workplace is changing and want to join the community then you can request an invite or email me: Jacob[at]TheFutureOrganization.com
